Amazing experience in this beautifully renovated restaurant. The owner really is a chill dude. People were super nice and smiling. Food is well made, super good. Dropped my fries and they changed them without any fuss. The ambiance is fun and jovial. Good music. Beautiful decor! I really recommend it for a little stop to have a taste of amazing food or to enjoy a small break with family and icecream.

This place is sooo good! We had the cheese, dorito, bacon poutine and italian poutine. They were delicious! Smash burgers were really good too. There is a fire pit to sit at. Service is very friendly. Definitely a must try for foodies!

This was a really pleasant surprise. The food was excellent, service was great, prices were fair and the atmosphere is super casual. Feels like it is run by really good people and the quality is surprising. Perfect spot, makes a casual snack feel like a luxury.
What a gem we have here in St. Jerome. The food was delicious, the prices are good, but I appreciated most of all that Hugo himself came outside to greet his customers personally with a handshake and a smile. I also saw him walking the premises sweeping up any garbage and debris on the ground. It showed to me an owner who really takes pride in his restaurant and isn’t above the tasks necessary to make it a nice place to be. Merci Hugo! We will be back!
If you're looking for a very satisfying burger and exquisite fries then you've got to try Chez Hugo Burger Shop. If I could speak French, and I wish I could, I'd say, tres bonne nourriture!! There is also a nice selection of creme glacee. The remodeled "Shop" has indoor and outdoor seating, a cool fire pit, and even a playground for the children. A super authentic review, all the food they make is delicious but if you’re a poutine lover, no joke THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I’ve always been an Italian Poutine lover and not everyone has the best sauce! This place makes all their food/sauce from scratch and let me tell you something, it was the best poutine i’ve ever had! The second poutine is also super delicious which is pepper sauce oh wow j’adore! Also the owner Hugo is always taking care of the customer and make sure they’re having a great time!
